Bell Ringing Swans

We spent today in Wells visiting the cathedral, Vicars' Close and Bishop's Palace. Vicars' Close is supposed to be the oldest residential street in Europe with all its original houses intact.

I found out about the well trained swans here and at the end of the day we just happened to be in the right place for them to ring the bell for food!

We also met Louis, the catheral cat, asleep in his basket on the counter in the cathedral shop!
