Soon to be gone...

I believe this little parade of shops has had a post office in it since it was built in the 1930's.

Within the week the shutters will stay down for good.

I think we have enough estate agents, builders offices and betting shops in our little parade of shops.

The two butchers, bakers, hardware shop and newsagents have gone, now the post office has been evicted by the landlord because they can get better rent from something else.

What could it be next, a wine bar or even a pay day loan outlet?

We will see, I'm sure it will serve the community well...
