A Random One

Happy Independence Day, America. And Happy Independent Retail Day, UK. I was hoping to get out to a few local independent events today but being in hospital saw the end of those plans. I got discharged this afternoon and we caught the tail end of a market in town on the way home, so here's some baklava from that. I especially like the bright pink one. I've only ever had baklava once, in Cyprus a few years ago, so it might be time to try it again.
