A little diversion...

... for me, photographing insects on flowers.

It's a long time since I photographed this sort of subject, largely because I know very little about the subject matter. I do actually know this is a dahlia (only because it was in a dahlia specific area of the park) but as for the creature visiting the flower, I would seek higher authority for identification.

It still made a change from searching for unusual humans doing something a bit silly.
