Let them eat cake

I struggled today choosing one.

Returning from a 1st birthday party, I was laden with a huge slice of birthday cake and Callum couldn't wait to get his hands on it. I realise there's been a lot of cake of yet, but that's the exception, not the norm!

Sadly Reuben is sick and Jason has taken him to the hospital. It's either pneumonia or recurrent trachyitus due to his trach. I cannot wait til the day the trach comes out, we're counting down, in the hope that his horrible infections will be lessened.
