Hovering eye

Walked down to Victoria Park this evening and got talking to the guy flying this. He was in a mobility scooter himself but the wee helicopter he was flying was zooming up to 400 feet and feeding back live video over Glasgow to his iPhone. He bought it down low for me to take a shot of it.
