As one of the best harbours in the world, Sydney has an excellent commuter ferry service. It's a great way to travel unimpeded by traffic and to relax.
Tourists are encouraged to view our city from the waters of the harbour and on any given day they can be seen with their cameras at the ready to take in the sights.

A number of the Ferries are named after the original sailing ships that formed the "First Fleet" that landed in Australia from England in 1788.
