Mud,sweat and tears

I was in Christchurch today for the Canterbury Cross Country Championships,Jessica and Thomas both ran well considering the kids in there race go from the start like a dog shot up the backside. This is the Junior,Senior and Mastermens race. Juniors and Mastermen ran 8k and Seniors ran 12k. There was mud and lots of it with the wet conditions,Sweat because the runners worked hard running up the big long hill and Tears in some of the kids races as they ran their hearts out did their best and for some of them they did even more than that and was a little emotional for some of them.
