Rain

The promised thunder storms were just building up on the way home from work. When I got home I ran outside with my camera determined to capture the storm in some way. The lightning was flashing but the sky overhead was still clear and blue. Looks like we were just on the edge of the storm here. It was still bucketing it down with massive raindrops, but look up and you'd think it was a lovely clear day. In the end I looked down, there was the evidence of the storm. I did get spectacularly wet and I was only outside for about five minutes. It does feel a little bit lees muggy now, cleared the air ready for the sunshine again.
