Bees busy buzzing round the Lavender.

After a gray start, the sun burned through and I took a stroll round the garden, camera in hand. Sitting quietly on the front doorstep, I spotted these bees and a hover fly settled on one of the French lavender plants. The little Fuji is sometimes reluctant to focus on flowers and bugs so I was pleasantly surprised when this turned out pretty well as I wanted.
Early-ish blip today as we are off out to Fiona and Lyall's for lunch so I will play catch up later.
