Lake Champlain moonrise

We spent the weekend on Lake Champlain near North Hero Island. It always seems an idyllic summer sojourn up there. We get to enjoy it one weekend a year.
I swim in the cool waters under a big sky. Its unusual in hilly Vermont to feel like I'm floating out in this pink sky when I am out in the kayak here.
