MonoMonday:Pets

I don't have a pet since our much loved little dog died several years ago so was a bit stuck for a subject for MonoMonday:Pets today. Then my sister, 59, knowing I was visiting our mother, suggested I blip this.

It is a painting by our other sister, Ms Peahen, of her son's dog which recently won Champion Painting and Best in Show at the annual Dubbo Show. Mum has it very proudly displayed in her room at the retirement hostel.

I am not sure why Sally has so much artistic talent. Maybe because the entire family allocation went to her?
