Hit It

The batter in the baseball game is about to hit the ball thrown by the pitcher. We are not really baseball fans, but we went with a group from our church to see the Myrtle Beach Pelicans (a minor league team of the Texas Rangers) play the Carolina Mudcats (a minor league team of the Cleveland Indians). I was pleased the camera in the sports setting captured the ball in flight at 90 mph. (They show the speed of the pitch on a screen following each pitch of the ball.) The screen in the photo protected us from a number of foul balls coming toward the seating area.
