Jog on!

So today, mummy and little sis spent the day together which involved these ... a lot!

Mummy went to bootcamp and Little Sis needed to come with her ... there was much discussion on the way home as to all the bits Mummy didn't do "properly" or as well as the others!! Who needs a personal trainer when you have a daughter!!

As we were already nicely warmed up we went for a training run/walk along the river ... really should have taken the blip there but we're not in the swing of this daily routine yet to "think blip" at opportune moments!!

We heard from the main blipper today who is having a ball at her Scripture Union camp!

The rest of the day involved a little garden sunshine with granny & cousin, housework (not the highlight of our day) and a wee jaunt out for dinner with daddy & KiKi.

Altogether a pleasant day!
