A Good Crop

Judging by the number of apples on the tree in a neighbour's garden, it looks like it's going to be another bumper fruit harvest. Perhaps I should start brushing up on my 'scrumping' skills. Did anyone else used to go 'scrumping' as a kid? The worst moment was always when you got a lovely big apple and took a bite into it, only to find it was a cooking apple rather than an eating apple!
