Back to the pond

Had good day today went swimming this morning and did 20 lengths of the pool - not too bad but back in 2010 when I swam every day I was completing 50+ still I'm sure I will be able to build up to that.

As it is still fairly warm and the sun was out decided to go and sit by the pond for lunch - and yes the last cygnet was still there - Mum and Dad keeping an eye on him - fingers crossed this little gorgeous bit of fluff will keep on surviving.

And as for me I think I will go swimming again tomorrow.
