IT'S DONE........

.... the bedroom suite has been all but completed in it's refurb!

Knew it was going to be a big job with the sanding back, but ended up a "monster" of a task getting the old sprayed finish off to expose the nice timber grain, plus out of the grooves and angles.

With the nice grain in the wood, we went in search of something we did not know exactly what we were looking for, but knew when we saw would know!!!

Found a stain combo lime wash paint, which after three coats, and a clear on the tops looks great, and exactly what we wanted to achieve. The new handles were another long search, but decided on these semi chromed cup style.

As I mentioned in an earlier blip, after doing this I know why "refurbs" cost so much to have done when paying for them.

We now have a new bedroom suite for only a few dollars spent!

Next, get the painting in the hall and entry done, and I am free, yee ha!!
