Apparent apparition

I was at St Peter's Church in the village of Upwell a few miles from where I live. A couple of men, in overalls, were fixing the public address system. I took several photos to capture the dynamic range. During one exposure one of them rushed by and you see his ghost-like appearance.

What puzzles me is that the form in the photo looks decidedly feminine and quite different to the men who were in late middle age at least.
