Ugly little bugger!

This guy was camped out in the nozzle of my watering can, hence me not being able to water the plants properly and looking pretty confused as to way water wasn't flowing hen I tipped it up! He is now somewhere the other side of the garden wall.

Rest day from training. Feeling good for the half ironman coming up. Planning a big cycle soon and have a beast of a hill run planned! Can't say I'm not putting the work in.

Also boosted by the fact my sister is coming over and with her a training buddy for me! Happy days!!
