Castle grounds

I met up with Fiona and Amanda for lunch today, then Amanda and I went for a dander around Stornoway until Fiona finished work whereby we visited the pet shop, spoke to the parrot, aww'd at the tiniest turtle and watched a little girl pick out a kitten.

We waited by the harbor to be picked up by Fiona, it was a lovely day so we spent a while sitting in the sun, watching the seals and then I took this picture of the view towards the castle grounds. Just a few days before that's where we were at the Hebridean Celtic Festival, which is always good fun.
