Redcurrant jelly

Started off the day cutting thistles. Had to fix the flail mower first. And noticed a fuel leak. So quite a preamble.

Then we cooked up the redcurrants that the kids picked yesterday. Same problem every year - I can't remember which recipe I used last year. I'm not confident it'll set, but I'm suspicious that I felt the same last year.

And the year before that.
