Me with my new friend from India Busy day , took the Scottish Head of Games to Strathclyde Park. Later took head of Scottish Swimming to Tollcross. Stopped car to assist with first aid on a volunteer who had fallen, she had recently had a hip transplant so she was worried, turned out she was OK. Later start tomorrow 2.30pm. Oh the Queen waved at us as she passed into the village.
