Marine Boy

The Ards Man took on a new role today as he wriggled into wetsuit and flippers.

While anchoring at the 'Fairy Isles' this evening G unfortunately got his dingy rope wrapped around the propellor of his boat while reversing to set his anchor.

G swam underneath and succeeded in unwinding a goodly portion of the rope, then the AM took over to swim under the boat and unravel and cut off the rest (he had one of those diver's knives that straps around his calf and I reckon he just wanted to have a go with it).

The photo shows our progress up Loch Sween, just before this drama unfolded. Honestly! I'll need a break to recover from this holiday.....
