Dead...

I did the update from Apple.

I think I might sack the fruit based phone when my contract ends. I also might sack the EE people who supply the *coughs* service.

My phone stuck halfway through the update and because the button on the top (common problem apparently) is broken I couldn't switch it off. Apple couldn't help unless I went to Glasgow and even then they'd have to send it off. EE simply wouldn't help saying it wasn't their problem. Yeah great customer service. Thanks.

Eventually I just had to wait for the battery to die and hope that by plugging it in to the mains it would switch on again.

I hate technology.

My laptop also died... hence the state of my backblips.
