Balance and Grace

Lindsay and I had a fantastic day out at the Commonwealth Games today. We went to watch the Rhythmic gymnasts do their best with the ball and hoop. The atmosphere was friendly, volunteering staff fab even going through the security was fine everyone was in a happy mood. These girls do some amazing things with this equipment and it was amazing to watch them.
