The "Ocean".

I woke up to the site of an ocean in the valley behind our house this morning.

It happens sometimes, and even after living here now for over twenty years, I still get out the camera and takes photos ~ I love it!

Just over a week ago I added a photo here showing a cane fire where the ocean crept over the terrain this morning, so have a look at the difference if you have the time.

This photo was taken just before 7 am, and by 9 am, the ocean had completely disappeared, leaving a gentle green glow over all the trees and sugar cane fields. Yet another magical moment of the day.

Hayley (my daughter) will be here for dinner any minute, so I'll say goodnight now, and enjoy your weekend. :)
