Morning reading

CJ jumped out of bed this morning and headed straight for his books. We recently gave him a couple of new ones and they have become some of his favourites. This morning all he wanted to do was show me all the characters from them.

We had a quiet day at home and spent the afternoon playing in the garden. When I asked CJ if he was getting tired he said yes and rush upstairs. However, it wasn't to his room, but to ours and he wanted to play on our bed - there was definitely no napping to be had! It was super cute though as he made sure he cuddled down under the blankets but was happy to hide under them or play on his tablet rather than nap!
