The old house on the corner

This is a typical house in Rouen (Normandy). It's leaning to one side and looks precarious but it's been around for a while so it's the proof that it's defect is not that bad... You can have bad faults and keep on living... (Note to self)

Rouen is quite a nice and charming place to stroll in (the centre of it anyway). It's history is felt everywhere and it bears scars of its sometimes violent past (I.e. Bullet holes on the townhall/inns of court from WWII), the ghost of Joan of Arc burnt at the stake there, a magnificent gothic cathedral painted dozens of times by Monet and others.... And it's got my favourite tearoom!
