Blinds

Woke up and got my wages etc etc

Did parkrun except I nearly pulled my hamstring so had to pull out about half way :(

Came home and felt ill so slept for ages

Had lunch then got invited to a barbecue at Joel's house which me, Jonney, James, Anu and Apurba etc went to and it was so fun

Came home and Zigrun arrived from Germany and is staying at our house
