Six legged horse

There was a collection of electric bicycles at the Los Altos History Museum - and this thing. It was being ridden by adults - it has a very odd looking motion, as the three feet at the front and three feet at the back, propelled by an electric motor powered by a battery, move it forward. It could  move rather quickly on both hard sandy ground and paved brick.
