Fly on a Flagpole

But not just any fly. This guy was BIG! Could be why he is called a Giant Robber Fly. I've never seen one before, but I had to look him up. The most fascinating thing I learned about him---well, two things---were that you can recognize him by the hairy chin and chest area and that he pursues and captures his prey in mid-air. Interesting fellow, but I don't mind that I haven't seen him again!....
