Bright one

This little guy (lady?) was drying up in the snowball bush after a visit to the birdbath. I m not sure of its identity; is it a young American Goldfinch or some type of a warbler, less familiar to me. Beautiful day today, not a cloud in the sky. We worked outside, then had the grandkids over for pizza and blackberry pie. Micah, our son, came over too, to get some things that we have been storing for them. They are getting settled in a place about 2.5 hours away.
