Fire!

Tonight we had church around a bonfire out in the bush, or rather several smaller bonfires as required by the permit. It was great. The skies were pretty clear, so we could see all the stars, and despite it being the middle of winter it wasn't too cold (and wasn't at all windy), so being outside was all round pleasant. After BBQ-ing dinner, toasting marshmallows, and drinking hot drinks, we all sang a bit then sat in groups around the fires and prayed and shared together.

A great way to do things a bit differently!
