Midhurst Common

In the middle of the Common lies this lake/large pond surrounded by white sand.

I have lived in this town for 15 years, 10 in my present home. I've driven to the Common over the years but today I explored a different area and found I could walk to the Common in 20 minutes max. I even passed a fishing lake - 'Private, Members Only'. I'd no idea it was there. It's exciting to discover new walks right on your doorstep.
