First Bank of the United States

The First Bank of the United States opened in 1797. It is located on 3rd Street in Old City. Across the street from it they have demolished one building to build another: a new "historical theater" experience. Sort of like Edinburgh's Camera Obscura with a revolutionary theme, I am guessing. I know nothing of the apartment building in the background.
