Let the Games begin...

Glasgow is buzzing with activity now the Commonwealth Games have started. We had a great day with parents today, starting off at the Transport Museum to watch the Commonwealth Flotilla go past. The largest collection of boats to sail down the Clyde was an impressive sight and a glimpse of what Glasgow's river used to be.
After soaking up the atmosphere we walked to Ibrox for the Rugby 7s. The crowd was brilliant and the place was jumping! Definitely put us into the mood for the marathon and for the rest of the week.
Well worth visiting the city just now and there are still tickets available for things every day!
