bitten

Oh dear, I got really bitten by little black flies on the beach this afternoon. Although it was pleasant out, the bites took a lot of the pleasure out of it today.

We had the excitement yesterday of going to Littlehampton Museum for the opening of the exhibition where my painting is displayed. I really enjoyed taking my grand-daughter round the gallery and we had a lovely picnic on the beach afterwards.
