First ducklings

These are the first ducklings we've spotted. Only two of them though which I'm guessing is to do with the freezing weather. I doubt the rest of the eggs will have hatched at all. Hopefully these little guys are ok! They are very early.

My husband worked from home today because I was feeling a bit average and had a terrible sleep last night. It made the day go by a little faster than normal. I still had to fill it in with knitting, reading, candy crush and sleeping. We did manage a game of scrabble on his lunch break though (I won).

I've just put dinner on and I'm looking forward to it lots. Chicken Kiev with roast veggies then Apple crumble.
