Waiting for Eid

A very long day on site. I started at 7am and finished just after midnight. The a/c problems of Saturday continued, so had to sit in a pool of my own sweat all day. I did take some night shots of the marina, but the water must have got in my eyes as they were all rubbish.

At 9pm the moon sighting committee eventually decided that the moon had been sighted and Eid begins on Monday. I have almost got used to the unpredictable nature of determining public holidays here, but to rely on the site agent (I couldn't find one web site) to tell me is a bit ridiculous.

Never mind, two days off. Eid Murbarak to all Muslims, wishing you a joyous and blessed Eid.
