Meadow

The meadow is evolving. It's been so hot and dry that birches are getting yellow and the ground is filled with fallen leaves. The forecast is promising more heat and dryness for us except for this Thursday which is my birthday and I have invited my parents and my aunt for coffee and cake in the garden. If it rains I hope it's not windy so that we can be under the patio roof. It's just too hot for them inside the house.
