We've got some delightful sunflowers growing nearby! This was by far the best shot I got; after yesterday's triumph (thanks for all the stars!) I struggled a little today. The thunder doesn't help, I'm rather tired and tum's a bit poorly! This sort of weather often messes me up. Should feel better tomorrow!

Fortunately I felt all right this morning as I had my second appointment with my herbalist. I'm getting some interesting dietary advice, not sure how much of it I'll be able to implement before we meet again!
