To Ewan with Love

Dear Ewan,
I am sending you your very first big boy cardigan. I hope you will have grown into it by the time the cold weather comes, that's if the Dennistoun Moths haven't eaten it first- they seem particularly partial to feasting on Grandma's knits.

It's not an itchy cardigan so it should be comfortable to wear, not that at your age you have much say in the matter. Let's hope Mummy likes it.

I won't see you before you go on holiday to France, so I hope you and Nina have a lovely time.
