Arthur's Seat

I went a different walking route and headed into town past the Edinburgh Royal Infirmary. I wasn't exactly sure where I'd end up.

It was a nice warm day so I just kept going and came across the road that leads to Craigmillar Castle. The signpost said it was half a mile away. I had been out walking for a while though so I decided to leave that for another day.

In need of a comfort stop, I carried on towards the Cameron Toll Shopping Centre. On the way I came across a little road that led through some allotments and near the top of the hill I spied this amazing view of Arthur's Seat. I was so chuffed!
