CG2014: Day Six

Delighted to say that all the targets we set ourselves around number of visitors to our installation at Glasgow Green as part of Festival2014 have been exceeded.

The crowds continue to flock and our young volunteers are just brilliant - so good at engaging everyone who comes through.

Another special VIP today -the Minister for Children and Young People Aileen Campbell. It was fantastic to see the young people sharing their stories with her - before the obligatory selfie of course. It tickled me to hear these are now being called "Commonwelfie's"!

Must pay tribute to my incredible staff team too - such dedication, energy and good humour - they are all stars!
