Rudbeckia

There is something about these wonderful plants that always makes me smile. It could be that they provide brilliant colour at a time when many others have performed and faded, it could also be that they appear at the time of year when the really hot days and uncomfortable nights are coming to an end. But its more likely that this is another plant that needs no attention or staking, just a haircut at the end of the season! I take no prisoners in my garden!
