Week 6 Run 1 - 5 miles

Today we were up early as usual and out running by 7am. I swapped the dreaded Tuesday intervals with tomorrow's run as they are meant to be uphill and there was no way I was doing that with Wilf in tow!

We headed over to Andoversford for a picnic in the garden with Bex and Darcy. Laura, Joe and Granded came for a cuppa afterwards. Darcy and Wilf had a lot of fun using the cot as a trampoline. I thought this photo captured their happiness! (The photo I was going to use today Bex sneeked onto Facebook earlier so check that out as well)
