Shady sheep!

Went to the gym at Fawsley today.. (While the Nordic walkers walked along the canal - sob) and I had a Cappuccino afterwards which usually comes with a ginger biscuit the size of a 50p piece but today came with a Viennese shortbread. It was large and luscious! (And probably undid all my good work in the gym!!!)
I went the scenic route home and passed these sheep basking in the shade. Poor things! :-)
