Lemon Curd

I made a long list of things to do today and couldn't summon the energy to do any of them!! Come to think of it, I've been lethargic for a few weeks now :0(

I did make a new batch of lemon curd.

Exciting news .... my grandson is visiting next week and I'm really, really excited to be spending time with him. Before that, it'll be a 30th birthday celebration with number one son. THIRTY.? When did that happen! I feel really old all of a sudden!!
