73/365 Workshop Cooking Joop Zwiep

Friday evening we had a workshop cooking with 10 friends at Joop Zwiep. Joop Zwiep had a one star Michelin restaurant in Zweelo for many years. He decided to close the restaurant and start all kinds of cooking workshops.

We managed to cook a four-course diner.
On this photo you see a little torte of Sauerkraut, mustard seed, apple, mustard vinaigrette and dragon.

We had great fun and the food was delicious.
