Canal

Nipping back to 2008, here's a photograph of a narrow boat on the Oxford Canal, near Lower Heyford. Narrow boats are a great way to travel and a real antidote to the stresses of modern life. Unfortunately we were on foot, not on the boat, so were well stressed! (Not really). I love the traditional rose and castle designs on the door, and the painted water pail of course.
